In going to the gym, you tend to have a greater chance of injuring your muscles and even fatigue but if you do yoga, it normalizes muscle tone, low risk of injuring your muscles and ligaments. You will really have limitless possibilities for growth in self-awareness if you do yoga and I really prefer it than going to the gym and I think that the best way to exercise is to find unity and harmony within oneself.
