A lot of places are still not seen by many people and I would always want to go to new places that I have never been before that is why during summer, I would always want to be with my parents or friends on vacation. One of the places that really caught my attention was the Katmai National Park and Preserve which is located in southern Alaska and there are really many things that we can find there. A lot of things can be seen in Katmai National Park and those include volcanoes, pristine waterways with abundant fish, a rugged coastline, remote wilderness and also their brown bears and this national park is very famous for these things. One of the most memorable happenings in that place for me and my friend is when we experienced bear viewing in katmai national park when we went there. They have this kind of service because they also want other people, who will visit the place, to also help in supporting our environment and also wildlife which includes these grizzly bears. If you will have this chance to see these bears you should be aware that there is a minimum distance between any bear and your location and there are even times that you would need greater distance to make sure that you will be safe. Some of the places where bears can be seen are Brooks Camp, Hallo Bay, Geographic Harbor, Swikshak Lagoon and Moraine Creek/Funnel Creek.
