Father, mother and i lives in talisay at the philippines, my father bought this lot last year 2005, it’s a long the beach side, its only 1000 per sqaure meter, The lot is 386 square meter all in all, after having transfers the title of the lot to my parents name, after 1 month my parents build a nipa small house, a very nice tiny house, ofcourse it has fresh air coming from the light wind of the sea, everyday we saw the sunsets in the afternoon, and as well as the sunrise, its nice place to stay, one day me and my father planned to go for a fishing trip, but we don’t have a boat, so we rent our neighbours boat, his name daniel, the owner of the boat and our neighbour also, daniel is very nice, instead of renting the boat he just let it borrow from us for we are new neighbours, then after having the boat me and my father went to the sea, and have fun for fishing, it is my first time riding in a boat at sea, its too scary to think that what if theres a probable that the boat will sink or in any accident, but meanwhile after an hour I finally realize that the boat is nice to ride with, so after that my father and I got 2 kilos of mixed fish just by pitching them, we too are very happy for we can cook this for us and also we can share this fish of the owner of the boat, maybe he can have 1 kilo for the owner and the other 1 kilo is for ours, after we finish fishng, we gave the 1 kilo assorted fish to our new neighbour friend daniel, he was hapy about it that in our first day of fishing trip we got 2 kilos of fish in just 1 hour, so instead of giving the half part of the fish, daniel told as on how about we will just gather together, his family and ours for a picnic just outside our houses, very nice atmosphere does times, after a year my father has his own boat, he bought it from the next town Boat for sale.
