My brother seems to be quite well off now than he was before, and do not get me wrong, my brother used to have a really high pay when he worked as a software engineer in the past; but now, it seems that his online business is making him richer than ever, and it really made me curious; part of my curiosity was the fact that it seems as if he was doing the work alone because his office is his home, and there were no other people working with him there, so I asked him how the entire business works; then he explained to me in lay terms about los angeles it outsourcing where he hires IT people from Asia to do work for him, and this way he is able to cut off a lot of expenses but with the same amount and quality of work being delivered, and something that I find truly ingenious since it is a system which makes everyone involved happy. Most Americans may not like the idea of outsourcing in that it sort of makes them think that people from third world countries are stealing their jobs, but to the companies involved, it really saves them a lot of money, and at the same time they are able to give opportunities for capable brilliant IT people from third world countries to do quality work, that is why this kind of system really benefits all the parties involved.
