People are really conscious about health and everyone is into the concern of how he or she looks physically; people are engrossed at wanting to look good and healthy inside. Our body needs very important things to function well, and there are six of them, but I will tackle only one; the six nutrients are proteins, fats, carbohydrates, water, and vitamins and minerals.   Only fourteen amino acids are produced by our body, but it needs all twenty-two of the amino acids; our body needs all of the amino acids to function well. We have to get the other remaining amino acids from other sources like food because the recommended dietary allowance suggests that we eat a few grams of the needed protein for every kilo of body weight. Proteins form part of hormones and enzymes, help form antibodies to fight infection, build muscles, and repair damaged tissue; in my research, meat, fish, poultry, dairy products and eggs are excellent sources of protein. But there is already in the market today which is a naturally complete protein called whey protein and it contains all of the essential amino acids required in the daily diet; it has the ideal combination of amino acids to help improve body composition and enhance athletic performance. This protein is highly soluble and easy to digest that it is called a fast protein; our body absorbs it faster than most. It is helpful if you have 5 lbs whey protein in your daily diet because it helps your wounds to heal fast, diabetics are able to manage weight, improved physical performance if you are an active person, and a whole lot more.
