Hunter in the Edge
Now that I am a musician I have been into different musical instruments that I can find, I even have a collection from acoustic to electric guitars, a drum set, a piano, a set of wind pipes and a whole lot more. Like any ordinary musician I also have my bias in music which means I have a favourite genre, which is hip hop instrumentals mainly because I own a music club and most of the songs played there are my own compositions. When I thought about why I love hip hop music it all goes down to the beat and rhythm it give me which is very catchy and jolly and specially the lyrics itself, when they are quite related to my situation. Hip hop music has a very high marketability in the music industry because it’s jolly and happy and people love that kind of music so that they can simply dance to it and at the same time feel good about. The third thing is that it always makes me happy whenever I feel gloomy and sad, that is why I always get to bring with me my ipod so that I can listen to my songs every time I feel like having a bad day and it’s really effective. But of course I do not only listen to my songs and hip hop genres but also to other songs and genres as well, like pop, alternative and acoustic songs that fits my taste in music which I find catchy and interesting. It’s really important to create my very own tune and brand of music because it makes me have my own identity in the music industry and because of that many people already know about my songs. The main reasons why I love to create my songs which are in hip hop music genre because it gives me a sense of freedom and identity in the music industry and I’m not just really into the money.
