In my early years in the field
As an engineer, I have been working as a facilities head in a company based in Seattle which is involve in government funded projects specifically infrastructures like water systems, sourcing of mineral deposits, and several others. Excavation, grinding, and filtration are the common projects that we handled, needing heavy equipment to meet the desired dimensions and measures with less error, thus it is from this work that I learned about inflatable pipe plug. In my early years in the field, I was introduced to pipe plugs because it was mainly used in engineering and mining works together with simple mechanisms that are easy to operate and does not need several equipment to install and use. Errors are kept at a minimum level because the various inflatable pipe plugs available in the market have been made in line with the international standards and are ensured that it operates at a dependable and reliable performance. The inflatable pipe plug that I encountered was used for reservoir, storage tanks, and blocking dams to determine possible inlet or outlet leaks, thus its repair can be easily be monitored and repaired. Testing new or just repaired pipelines, blocking of sewage flow during repairs or maintenance, and diverting or restricting flow of pipes during repairs or medications in the pipe system are some of the functions. When pipes demand welding, which it can enforce quality welding to allow for air to be squeezed more by allowing the pipes to be flooded with inert gas. Several sectors benefits from the inflatable pipe plugs in the market such as engineering because it helps in repairs and making the job less challenging and easier although we all know that its real nature involves heavy equipment and effortful tasks.
