I have been looking for homes for rent by owner in LA over the internet in preparation for my moving there next year. It would be so much easier for me if the house I will be renting is near my future workplace Buying a home of my own will cost so much more compared to just renting one I still have to decide if I will be staying in LA for good or if I will be moving to another city in the future I would be fine staying in a house or in an apartment, just as long as the place has a kitchen and a bath, good ventilation and has a safe neighbourhood. I also would love a place that will allow pets because I have a dog with me, and I would love to give him a walk during the afternoon after I get to work. I know LA can be one of the beautiful cities in the state, I just need to know which places to go that would be safe for a newbie like me. Bing was the search engine which helped me a lot in searching for a home with the keywords homes for rent by owner I wanted to indicate that it is a home for rent by owner because these deals are usually cheaper compared to ones that are owned by huge companies. Plus, if you know the owner personally, your specific needs will be met as you inform him or her of these before you start renting their home I am a bit excited about moving to LA as it would be my first time to be truly away from home.
